For the 2010 FIFA World Cup™, the Fédération Internationale de Football Association ("FIFA") has decided to allocate a number of match tickets for use in a worldwide tour operator programme. The programme will allow qualified and experienced tour operators to provide accommodation, transportation and other related travel services in travel packages of their own creation, to be sold under their own terms of business, together with tickets sold on behalf of FIFA. The goals of the programme are to facilitate safe and effective travel to the matches for the largest possible number of fans from countries around the world, and make the best possible use of available accommodation, ground and air transportation facilities.

If you are a member of the general public, and wish to purchase a match ticket inclusive package, click on the link available in the right column (information for the General Public) for information about the Tour Operator Programme. You can also click on the PTO list to see a list of Tour Operators in your area. There are contact addresses for enquiries from the general public on the Ticketing pages of this site.

If you are a Tour Operator interested in applying to participate in the 2010 FIFA World Cup™ Tour Operator Programme, you should register your interest in the programme by completing the registration form. You can access more information about the Programme by clicking on the link to Information for Tour Operators in the right hand column. All registered Tour Operators will have access to additional information regarding the programme as well as an application form. There will be a number of Tour Operators appointed per territory via a rigorous and objective selection process.

If you are a South African company providing services to tour operators, but are not a tour operator yourself or do not wish to participate in the 2010 FIFA World Cup™ Tour Operator Programme, you may still find opportunities in connection with the 2010 FIFA World Cup™.
